The 2008 Annual Merit Review & Peer Evaluation for the Department of Energy's Hydrogen Program will be held June 9–13 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. Hotel Information

  • Hotel Reservations: Please note that our group room block is rapidly filling. Some room nights may be unavailable.

  • The review will be held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. View directions to the hotel.
  • We encourage you to make your reservations early; however, please do not book rooms that you will not use.
  • After May 19, we will lose any remaining rooms in our block of reserved rooms, and subsequent reservations will be offered on a rate- and space-available basis only.
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid penalty. As a courtesy to attendees who weren't able to secure rooms at this hotel, please contact Judi Abraham at (703) 754-0066 prior to cancelling your reservation. Ms. Abraham may be able to reassign your room to another interested Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation attendee.
