This page provides information for people who are reviewers at the 2008 Annual Merit Review & Peer Evaluation for the Department of Energy's Hydrogen Program.

Project Assignments
Your project assignments will be e-mailed to you before the review. Please review your project presentations in advance. (The "project presentations" link is password-protected; you will receive a password with your project assignments.)
Conflict of Interest Forms
Complete and return your conflict of interest form as soon as you receive your project assignments.

At the Review Meeting
Pick up your reviewer packet in the reviewer information room. Please attend a 20-minute reviewer information session, which will feature a reviewer guidance presentation. These sessions will be held at 5:35PM, Monday in the Arlington Ballroom and 8:15AM, Thursday in Salons I & II.
Attend and review your assigned oral and/or poster presentations and provide comments.
Please remain in your session for a 15-minute reviewer feedback meeting following the last oral presentation on Thursday.
You must turn in your evaluation forms at the reviewer information room before leaving the meeting. Forms received after June 13, 2008, will not be included in the published report.
After the Review Meeting
The review results will be posted on the Web site for the Department of Energy's Hydrogen Program in September.
