HTAC Reports and Other Publications

During its operation, the Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) published annual reports to provide technical and programmatic advice to the Energy Secretary on DOE's hydrogen research, development, and demonstration efforts. DOE, in turn, produced biennial reports to Congress that described DOE's actions in response to the HTAC findings and recommendations. These reports, among others, are listed below.

HTAP Publications

Before the formation of the Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee, Congress established the Hydrogen Technical Advisory Panel (HTAP) through the Spark M. Matsunaga Hydrogen Research, Development, and Demonstration Act of 1990 (P.L. 101–566). HTAP, which existed from 1991–2002, produced the following reports:
