Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee

The Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) was terminated on January 7, 2021, pursuant to Federal Register notice 86 FR 2664 “Biomass Research and Development Technical Advisory Committee; Methane Hydrate Advisory Committee; Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee; Termination,” January 13, 2021.

HTAC was established under Section 807 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to provide technical and programmatic advice to the Energy Secretary on DOE's hydrogen research, development, and demonstration efforts, and was operational from October 2006 through January 7, 2021.
